Quick answers to the questions shippers ask us most. If you do not find yours, our team replies within one business day through the contact form.

Getting a quote

Use the quote calculator for an instant estimate with a folio number, or send the contact form for a formal quote: a specialist confirms routing, transit time and an all-in rate within 4 business hours. Formal quotes are valid 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Tracking your shipment

Every shipment we manage is tracked by milestones: pickup, departure, arrival at the Mexican gateway, customs clearance stages, and final delivery. If anything drifts from plan, you hear from us first: exception alerts, not status-chasing.

Documents for shipping into Mexico

The standard set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and certificate of origin where applicable. Regulated goods add NOM certificates and sectorial permits. See our customs documentation guide for the full checklist.

Customs and duties

Our licensed brokerage partners file your pedimento and coordinate clearance at every Mexican port and border crossing. Duties depend on your tariff classification; 16% IVA applies on the customs value plus duties. Read the pedimento guide for the full process.
